For many firms a company-wide account that is centrally-billed provides control and reporting in an area that is frequently overlooked and subject to misuse. Other companies may wish to organize their travel-costs via individual charge cards – for these firms, GoldStar provides individual accounts and then links them for centralized reporting and control purposes.

All our transportation can be confirmed via FAX, e-mail, or both: we can send Confirmations and Receipts simultaneously to individual travelers, travel departments, administrative assistants, and department heads. Custom reports and notification schedules can be created to fit any firm’s accounting and verification needs.
